Qwikcilver is proud to power the first program in Health Care sector with a unique concept – the Fortis Health Card. The Fortis Health Card is an extension of the Single Window Concept at Fortis Escorts Heart Institute where patients are provided one point of contact for all operations from admission till the end to treatment to ensure maximum comfort to patient and attendant. This card extends further comfort as it facilitates the ease of payment during treatment. It will provide convenience to patients/ attendants who frequently visit hospital for routine heart check-up’s, dialysis, mother care, physiotherapy etc. The Card is also accepted as tender mode for consultation, investigation, admission and procedures. As this card is re-loadable, the patients can conveniently top up their card without running around for billing. Customers can also pay using Forex or cheque in one go in exchange of Health Card and pay in parts.
Forever New Gift Card Program
Qwikcilver is excited to power the launch of the Forever New Gift Card Program. Forever New is a fashion clothing and accessories brand founded in Melbourne, Australia. One of the fastest growing Australian brands, Forever New emerged in late 2006 as a start-up retailer and now trades over 250 stores across seven countries Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, China, India, Singapore and Turkey. Brand celebrates the feminine beauty of women, a signature style flowing through every creative element. Qwikcilver launched Forever New Gift Cards recently across 26 stores in India. Forever New Gift Card are available for sale and redemption currently at the stores at fixed denominations of INR 1000, INR 2500 and INR 5000.
Growth of the E-Gift Card
With a rapidly changing gifting scenario and the latest game changing move by the government to demonetize and usher in a digital economy, the relevance of the E-Gift card today is prominent. An E-Gift card breaks all logistical barriers, as it can be delivered immediately through an e-mail or can be delivered directly to the customer’s mobile. There is an increasing adoption of e-Gift Cards by consumers, retail brands and by corporate houses wishing to gift their employees. Customers find it an ideal gift for “Last Minute” Gifting for a friend or a relative in a distant city whereas large corporates swear by the ease of issuance and wide variety of choices available for their employees who receive the gift card. E-Gift Cards have been issued by both traditional brick and mortar brands as well as e-commerce portals for running their various consumer promotions from time to time. The sheer ease of gifting instant joy is the largest driver of e-Gift Card growth as seen from the increasing year on year % share of e-Gift Cards below.

Samsung_pay Exploring new Gift Card avenues! Qwikcilver is excited to partner with Samsung Pay to launch an exclusive Gift Card store on the Samsung Pay and Samsung Pay Mini App. We are equally excited that India is one of the few countries where Samsung Pay has an exclusive Gift Card store. Here consumers will have access to gift cards from over 20 brands and Qwikcilver will be managing all the gift cards from end to end. Samsung Pay is a mobile payment and digital wallet service by Samsung Electronics that lets users make payments using compatible phones and other Samsung-produced devices. This service was launched in India in March 2017 and supports contactless payments using near-field communications, but also incorporates magnetic secure transmission that allows contactless payments to be used on payment terminals that only support magnetic stripe and normal contactless cards.

We are proud to partner with ABOF and launch the very first Qwikcilver powered Wallet for ABOF. Part of the Aditya Birla Group, ABOF is an online one-stop fashion portal for apparel, footwear and accessories for men and women. Myntra Gift Cards
Qwikcilver is excited to launch the Myntra Semi Closed Loop gift card program in partnership with Myntra. This new feature enables users to redeem their Myntra card against any seller on the Myntra platform. As the RBI licensed issuer of this gift card program, Qwikcilver has once again empowered its users and partners with the freedom of choice and flexibility.
RBS Ovations Employee Rewards Program
Royal Bank of Scotland has launched their employee rewards program – RBS Ovations. Qwikcilver has successfully created this program for RBS. At the core of this program is a unique automated account creation tool that automatically creates a user account on the Woohoo platform. This is made possible by using an email parser tool that reads the employee information from the congratulatory email sent by RBS to its employees. The outcome of this has been that the TAT for account creation has significantly reduced and the employees can now redeem their rewards instantaneously.
Paypal Employee Rewards Program
As a part of the Paypal employee rewards program, Qwikcilver has launched a microsite for Paypal employees. The unique & neatly designed microsite does not require login details from the employees. The microsite enables Paypal to use it for their spot awards and tenure awards. With the assistance of the revamped process flow, the overall turnaround time has reduced considerably. As for the employees who have been awarded, this microsite enables them to redeem their awards with a host of Woohoo co-branded cards.
Raksha Bandhan celebration on Woohoo
 
The festival of Raksha Bandhan which celebrates the bond between siblings is performed across ages with the traditional ritual of tying the Rakhi. Woohoo created a contest wherein we invited consumers to post a pic of their favourite sibling memories with the hashtag #WoohooSibling. The contest drew in huge participation on Twitter & Facebook. We received close to 400 entries and it turned out to be an event garnering beautiful memories from participants
Woohoo celebrates Friendship Day
 
Friendship Day is a popular event and an occasion which draws huge enthusiasm among school and college kids. To ride on this wave, Woohoo invited people to share a crazy or funny pic of them and their friends. The contest that ran around the theme #WoohooBFF drew in huge participation on Twitter & Facebook with close to 600 entries received. NEW PROGRAM LAUNCHES

Travel like a King in Dubai! Qwikcilver is proud to partner Cox and Kings Dubai in launching the Cox and Kings Gift card for their UAE customers. The Gift card has been launched in two variants Classic and Silver. The gift cards can currently be purchased from their website and will soon be available in their offline offices as well. The Classic Card allows one to buy or gift a holiday worth AED 100 to AED 1,500  while the Silver Card lets you buy or gift a holiday worth AED 1,600 to AED 5,000.
 
Gift a Pizza – with a Gift Card! A lip smacking addition to our Gift Card portfolio, Qwikcilver has now launched the Dominos Gift Card. The Gift Card is available both in the Digital and the Physical form.  Both the cards can be used on the Domino’s website as well as at their 1100 plus restaurants across the India. With this feature, Qwikcilver has enabled the Dominos Gift Card to be a truly omni channel currency. Another remarkable feature is the real-time refund through a mobile e -gift card. This feature enables Dominos to implement TSG -Total Satisfaction Guarantee, wherein the customer will get an instant refund if they are not satisfied with the product/ service.

A global leader in spirits and alcoholic beverages partnered with Qwikcilver to manage their sales incentive programs for their distributors and sales force. The Client was looking at increasing the liquor sales through their counter sales personnel and pikers especially in the face of the regulations post the Apex Court verdict. There was also the need to do away with the time spent on coupon code management as well as eliminate the possibility of pilferage by the retailers. Keeping in mind the requirements of the client as well as the ease of use for the sales personnel involved, Qwikcilver has developed the Sales Incentive program on an IVR platform in the vernacular language. Apart from the ease of use the program also ensures instantaneous rewards through mobile top up and m-vouchers.

WOOHOO UPDATES

Woohoo launched Group Gifitng, the latest innovation in gifting. Group Gifting feature simplifies the whole process of pooling in and gifting to the intended recipient. With each individual pooing in his / her share directly, the whole situation of “who owes what and to whom” is avoided.
